Lower Road - Proposal for Bucks County Council to adopt the road

Residents of Higher Denham will be aware that Lower Road is an unadopted road, which means that it is not maintained by Bucks County Council. The issue of ownership and maintenance has been the subject of much discussion over the years. The CIO Treasurer, Ron James, has been in discussions with Martin Baker regarding the future of the road once they build their new access road to take their staff and delivery traffic onto the A413.
