Reminder to all residents and users of the community field.
Dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the field as it is a children's play area. Despite a reminder being issued many times, recently there have been dogs on the field and several children have stepped or fallen into dog's mess. This is unpleasant and dangerous for them and it can spread disease.
If you are seen on the field with a dog please expect to be reported to South Bucks Council along with CCTV evidence and you will receive a fine.
Dog Fouling in Higher Denham continues to be a problem. Most dog owners are responsible and pick up their dog's mess, however there are a minority that don't. Numerous requests in the Resident Newsletter have been made for residents to clean up after their dogs but there are still instances in certain parts of the community that it is happening.
Owner's failing to pick up their dog's mess is illegal.
If you find dog's mess on pavements or your driveway there are measures you can take. Please refer to the South Bucks Website to find out what you can do: https://www.southbucks.gov.uk/dogfouling
